Our consultation services are available in many levels depending on your location and what works best for you.

We can answer your most basic questions on how to start, to specific building questions, to walking you through the entire process. There is an order from conception to a final product and we can help make it a more efficient and enjoyable journey.

A home is one of the most expensive investments one makes in life. We can help save you time and money by avoiding expensive mistakes often made when building a house. With 36 years in the building business, we can discuss everything from finding the right piece of property to the finished home.

Our Consultation Services.

We can set up a time to meet through Google Hangout or Skype which will put us face to face to answer your questions, and discuss various issues or problems you’re having. We charge $75.00 per hour for this service.

We can come to your site and evaluate the situation on the ground. This is a full day of information that will result in a clear way forward as well as a design concept drawing. The information will include site layout, utility location, grading ideas and assessment of orientation for your home.

We charge $500.00 for this service plus travel costs. This is a very thorough amount of useful information that you will need for a successful build.

Come visit us at our property in Garrett County, Maryland for a one-on-one workshop.

Stay in either  Hob, Molly, or our newest, Lil’Something Airbnb. Our workshop will answer all your questions and get you on the right track to a successful project. We charge $200 for a 4 hour workshop. Additional time and/or day can be added as needed.

Airbnb and Grouped Tiny Houses To Rent

For clients who are interested in setting up an income-producing venue or doing a group of tiny or small houses for rent, we are well versed in that, too. Blue Moon Rising was our first such community of tiny homes. We are in the process of building another smaller group of cottages that will share a clubhouse with more living space plus kitchen and baths. We also operate a very successful Airbnb at our house using our tiny cottages. We can help you achieve great results by providing all the information you need up to and including the plans for that as well.
